1. Identification of Pre-Existing Items:
Prior to the commencement of Sheer Sparkles services, the client agrees to identify and disclose any pre-existing faulty, broken, or damaged items within the property, including but not limited to door knobs, fixtures, or any other household items.
Additionally, during the initial on-site assessment conducted by Sheer Sparkles, reasonable efforts will be made to identify and document any pre-existing faulty, broken, or damaged items within the property.
2. Exclusion of Responsibility:
Sheer Sparkles shall not be responsible for repairing, replacing, or bearing any costs associated with the repair or replacement of pre-existing faulty or broken items within the property.
3. Mitigation of Damages:
Sheer Sparkles will exercise due diligence to avoid exacerbating pre-existing faults or damages during the provision of services.
In the event where Sheer Sparkles inadvertently worsens a pre-existing fault or damage, it shall be promptly reported to the client for assessment and resolution.
4. Costs Incurred:
Any costs associated with repairing or replacing pre-existing faulty or broken items within the property shall be the sole responsibility of the client.
Confirmation of Understanding:
By engaging Sheer Sparkles services, the client confirms understanding and agreement to the terms regarding pre-existing faulty or broken items within the property.
1. General Clause:
Sheer Sparkles will exercise reasonable care and skill in the provision of services. However, any breakages or damages occurring during the provision of services where client-supplied products are used shall be subject to the following terms and conditions.
Use of Client-Supplied Products:
Sheer Sparkles may use products provided by the client upon request.
The client acknowledges that the quality and suitability of the supplied products are their responsibility.
Sheer Sparkles will exercise reasonable care when using client-supplied products, but cannot guarantee against breakages or damages that may occur due to the nature or quality of the supplied items.
2. Liability for Breakages or Damages:
Sheer Sparkles shall not be held liable for breakages or damages to the property caused by the use of client-supplied products.
The client accepts full responsibility for any breakages, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from the use of their supplied products during Sheer Sparkles services.
3. Client's Duty of Disclosure:
The client agrees to disclose any relevant information about the nature, condition, or potential risks associated with the supplied products before their use during Sheer Sparkles services.
Failure to disclose such information may release Sheer Sparkles from any liability pertaining to damages or breakages caused by the undisclosed aspects of the supplied products.
4. Indemnity:
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Sheer Sparkles, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from damages or breakages caused by the use of client-supplied products during services.
5. Notification of Damages:
a. In the event of any breakages or damages occurring during services, Sheer Sparkles shall promptly notify the client.
b. The client agrees to assess the damages and work with Sheer Sparkles to find a resolution, considering the nature and cause of the damage.
6. Amendments to Terms:
a. Sheer Sparkles reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
b. Changes will be communicated to the client and will become effective upon acknowledgment or continued use of Sheer Sparkles services.
Just as we consider the safety and well-being of our clients/ Participants, we also have a responsibility to provide a safe work environment for our team members. If at any time a member of our team feels unsafe, or the environment (i.e. The Participants home and /or surrounds) becomes unsafe for one of our team members to be in, they will leave the premises promptly and full charges of the booked service will apply.
Sheer Sparkles understands that a Client may need to occasionally postpone or cancel an individual service. If so, Sheer Sparkles requires a minimum of 2 clear business days’ notice from the Client. The Client needs to phone 07576 020 984 or email info@sheersparkles.co.uk.
If notice of this postponement or cancellation is received within 2 clear business days’ of the arranged service, the Client will incur a fee equal to 100% of the relevant booked service.
If the Client chooses to cancel a service part way through the service being carried (i.e. Sheer Sparkles has already started the service), or when the cleaner / team arrives on-site (prior to starting work), then a cancellation fee equal to100% the booked service will be applied.
