Our bespoke one-off domestic cleaning are tailored to your individual needs. We are committed to providing top-notch customer service and will work with you to develop a cleaning schedule tailored to your individual needs.

All Rooms:

• Clean from Top to Bottom, remove anything that doesn’t belong in the room.
• Vacuum all carpeted area, including under the furniture and in between the cushions.
• Dust ceiling fans (in reachable height), clean, light fixtures, dust or vacuum lampshades.
•  Dust edges of wall hangings, mirrors, and pictures, clean window ledges and window sills.
• Remove scuff marks from doors and mouldings, dust electronics, disinfect remote controls.
• Dust baseboards, dust and polish furniture, clean glass and mirrors, clean under the bed and change bed sheets (If required). 

Kitchen

• Hoover and mop the floors
• Clean, disinfect and polish all surfaces.
• Clean the microwave - inside and outside.
• Clean and disinfect the trash can and replace the bag.
• Clean and disinfect the coffee maker, clean and disinfect small appliances. 
• Clean the exterior of the kitchen appliances such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor, front of oven and hobs/burners.

Bathroom and Toilet

• Hoover and mop the floors
• Disinfect countertops, dust and clean window ledges
• Clean air vents and disinfect the light switches and fixtures.
• Wipe down all surfaces, including light switches, doors and skirting boards.
• Disinfect the toilet, including around the base, under the seat and around the hinges.
• Wipe down all surfaces, including the exterior of cabinets, towel racks, toilet paper holder.
• Clean shower, shower glass, bathtub, wall tiles and door frame, including plastic strip at the bottom of a shower door.

Here’s the main end of tenancy cleaning checklist followed by expert cleaners for each job. The list might vary depending on the specifics of the rental property. All reachable surfaces that could be cleaned will be properly wiped and polished. 

All Rooms

• Clean fireplace and surrounding area.
• Hoover all soft upholstery and floors.
• Ceilings dusted to remove any cobwebs.
• Curtains - hoovered and dusted both sides.
• Clean the inside of the windows and ledges.
• Hoover hardwood floors and mop tiled floors.
• Hoover any soft furniture (sofa, armchair) and underneath the cushions.
• Dust and polish all surfaces, including doors, light switches and skirting boards.
• Wipe light fixtures including switches. (Please note we do not clean chandeliers).

Kitchen

• Clean and polish splashback, hob/burners.
• Dust and disinfect all surfaces and appliances.
• Clean and remove limescale from sinks and taps.
• Clean the interior of the dishwasher and washing machine.
• Clean the interior of the fridge/freezer (freezer most be defrosted).
• Clean the interior and exterior of the cupboards and drawers - (tops if reachable).
• Deep clean extractor, filler, inside oven and grills - (self-clean ovens most be run 24 hours prior to scheduled cleaning).

Bathroom

• Descaling of shower heads, shower screen, tiles and taps.
• Wipe mirrors, inside windows, dust skirting boards, hoover and mop floor. 
• Disinfect the toilet, including around the base, under the seat and around the hinges.
• Wipe down all surfaces, including the exterior of cabinets, towel racks, toilet paper holder.

Professional Deep Carpet Cleaning - Costs Apply

 £25 Hallway | £40 for one room | £75 for two rooms | £110 for three rooms | £45 for each flight of stairs | £25 for each additional room.

Please Note: 

• Windows are cleaned internally only.
• Closets and cupboards should be empty before we arrive to be cleaned. 
• Refrigerators and freezers must be emptied, deactivated and de-iced for cleaning. 
• We will do our best to clean your appliances to an high standard; however, we will not be responsible for the embedded dirt that cannot be removed using chemicals. 
• We do not clean painted walls and the outside of the property such as balconies, gardens, and garages.

 Our post-construction cleaning service will provide the best care required to thoroughly clean your property after any type of renovation or construction. The service is charged by the hour, our technicians will provide all the necessary equipment and detergents to leave your property dust-free and turn it back into a healthy living environment.

The cleaning technicians will clean the entire floor to remove dirt and dust, as well as unsightly markings left by the paint or plaster. Windows will be professionally cleaned from the inside with the frames and sills, baseboards, switches, fixtures, doors and door frames.

The kitchen, bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and any other requested parts of the property will be deeply cleaned inside and out, including shelves, drawers, cupboards and any other fixtures. Kitchen and bathroom tiles will be treated for limescale (if needed), while the entire bathrooms will be completely sanitized and deeply cleaned, including all toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers and any fixtures.

Upon request, we can arrange for additional services to be done on the day, such as: Professional carpet and upholstery cleaning or professional oven cleaning. 

Please see our standard cleaning tasks below. Keep in mind that we are happy to adapt what we do to fit the needs of your home and your budget.

All Rooms - clean, and polish furniture, dust all surfaces, clean and dust picture frames, dust lamp shades, dust skirting boards, light switches, window sills and ledges, remove finger marks from tables, empty, clean ashtrays and bins, vacuum carpets, rugs and mop the floor.

Kitchen - appliances, counters, cabinets, tables, chairs, and work-tops wiped clean, clean the tops of picture frames and window sills, wipe the microwave inside and out, clean the hob, cleaned doors, and handles, vacuumed and mop the floor, emptied the bins.

Bathroom - disinfect toilet seat inside and out, scrub and wash the bathtub, wash and polish the sink, clean the shower and cabin, wipe and wash the tiles, polish the mirror, chrome, and glasses, clean the countertops, wipe the door, handle and light switches, empty the bins, clean and wash the floors.

Products - Sheer Sparkles can provide products for you at an extra cost, please let us know if you need any products before the cleaning begins. 

Extras - Sheer Sparkles can also provide oven clean as part of your regular maintenance cleaning service. However, this is billed separately from routine cleaning, please let us know if you need a quote. 

The carpet and upholstery cleaning service is not included as part of our regular maintenance service. Prices for these services are listed separately, if you require these services, please let us know so that we can add it to your regular cleaning quote.

Duration - The minimum requirement is 3 hours per visit, even if the work takes less hours. Our goal is to supply the same cleaner to regular customers in order to ensure continuity of service with replacement cleaners if necessary. Should a replacement cleaner not be available, we will notify you accordingly.

Cleaning Service Exclusions

Chandeliers, Light Bulbs, Bio-hazards (Mould etc.), Hoarding, Animal Waste, High Reach Areas (More than 2 step ladder), Squalor Cleaning and Exterior of Windows.
