We know every home is different, and without seeing it there is no practical way to quote for cleaning it. To carry out the high-quality work we love to do, we need to visit your home to provide a bespoke service quotation. We will get to know how you like things done, your preferences and expectations, to give us the best possible understanding of the service you need. You can book us for a weekly, fortnightly or monthly clean, and, if required, we can work on an 'as and when' basis if you are not always at the property or just need some additional help from time to time. Our team is highly trained, professional and motivated to provide cleaning of the highest quality, and we pay close attention to detail. All our services are tailored to suit your specific needs.

Kitchen

We do it all. In this service, we start by cleaning all appliances from the outside, being the hood, electric oven tops or grills (and make sure to remove and clean the burners).

We clean the oven from the outside, we clean the toaster and clear the crumbs, wipe down exterior of refrigerator and dishwasher, and microwave (inside/out). The outside of cabinets are cleaned including around the handles.

We also clean and disinfect the island, splashback, countertops, the dining table, including its chairs, sink, take out the rubbish and recycling and replace with new, fresh bin bags, and the floor is swept or vacuumed, and lastly mopped.

Bathroom

No task goes unnoticed, and no detail overlooked, in our bathroom cleaning service. We always start by cleaning the light fixtures and door frames, and disinfecting trash containers, and replacing with fresh bags.

We then move on to cleaning and disinfecting all sinks, baths, shower, remove accumulated soap stuck on glass shower doors and then dry inside and out, clean and polish all mirrors, ornaments and air vents, and disinfect toilets inside and out.

Vacuum/scrub floors, including baseboards and corners. Lastly, we put back the rugs when the floor is dry.

Living Area

We begin by removing cobwebs from the edges of the ceilings and lighting fixtures. We dust entilation and the ceiling fans with a long extension duster. If the blinds are only dusty, we dust them, and, if they have dirty spots, we clean them with a wet microfibre cloth.

We're happy to make beds with fresh linen if you leave the bedding prior to your appointment. We clean the doors, baseboards, every window frame and light switches.

Dust and polish all furniture and decorative elements. The laundry room will be dusted and mopped. Sofas will be cleaned if they are leather, and if the cushions can be detached, they are vacuumed.

We will vacuum the carpet, rugs, floors and stairs, and our cleaners will mop all wooden and tile floors.

In-Home Laundry

Our in-home laundry service means that your bed linen, bath towels and other personal items can be washed, hung out to dry, folded and even put away for you.

Services include:

Changing and washing of bed linen and bath towel, Washing clothes and other personal items, Drying clothes (hanging on the clothesline or putting in the clothes dryer), Ironing and folding, Sorting and putting away in your closet.

Ironing Includes - (Dresses, Tops, Shirts, Jeans, Knitwear, Trousers, etc). Bed Linens NOT included.

You can add in-home laundry services to your regular cleaning service.

Seasonal Cleaning

Many of our clients request additional services to be carried out periodically throughout their plan period. Let us know how many times you’d like these services to be included in your service and we’ll do the rest.

Additional cleaning services include:

Internal oven cleaning and rangehood cleaning, Internal refrigerator and/or freezer cleaning, Internal kitchen cabinets and drawer cleaning Skirting boards, architraves, door frames & picture rails, Window cleaning - internal (up to a 2-step ladder) and Wiping down walls.
